| Grayson Tool is the OEM for fiberglass mixers and blenders. We offer High Shear mixer/blenders from 55 gallon to 500 gallon capacities; and offer Low Shear models from 100 to 300 gallons. We can fabricate a custom setup for your applications.
Grayson Tool Company’s metal shop has a wide range of capabilities to manufacture most any design of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or brass.
Our precision CNC turning centers have a maximum O.D. turning capacity of 9.5” and bar feed up to 2.5” diameter. Our CNC machining center has a machining envelope of 30”x16”x18” and 20 tool capacity.
Grayson Tool also has an impressive line-up of manual machines- consisting of several Bridgeport type milling machines, manual lathes, band saws and a wide variety of shears, brakes and presses. We also have a full line of welding equipment which includes MIG, TIG, gas, and sub arc, as well as plasma cutting.
Additionally, six automatic screw machines give Grayson Tool Company the ability to manufacture high volume orders at the lowest possible cost without sacrificing product quality.
